Payment
All goods ordered must be paid for in full before dispatch. We accept online payments via secure payment gateways. Orders placed over the phone will receive a secure payment link via email, as we do not process card payments over the phone for security reasons. Phone orders can alternatively be paid by bank transfer, which may cause delays.
Website Inaccuracies
While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, colors, and images may vary slightly from the actual product due to changes by manufacturers or the limitations of web images. Specifications, colors, and dimensions listed are representative and may not be exact. If you receive a product and wish to return it due to minor variations, it will be bound by our standard returns policy.
Title and Risk
Until delivery, all goods remain the property of Kareema Beds. Once signed for at the specified delivery address, goods are considered received in satisfactory condition, and responsibility passes to the customer. Any damage occurring after this point is the customer’s responsibility.
Access and Delivery
Delivery covers the entrance of your property. For specific items, services may include placement in a room of choice, provided the route is clear and accessible. Ensure that the path is suitable for the goods’ size, including doors, gates, and stairways. If the delivery route is unsuitable, refunds will not be granted on this basis.
We deliver to most postcodes within mainland UK. Deliveries may take longer or incur surcharges for certain regions. Details of charges and delivery times will be outlined during checkout. If you are not present at the time of delivery, a re-delivery fee may be applied.
Free Delivery Terms
Standard delivery is free to mainland UK unless stated otherwise. Additional charges apply for express, weekend, or deliveries outside our standard coverage.
Returns – First 14 Days
Under UK consumer law, we offer a full refund on all products returned within 14 days of delivery, except for bespoke or custom-size items. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing fault. Products must be returned in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened mattresses are non-returnable unless defective.
Returns – Defective Products
For defective products, you are entitled to a full refund, including return shipping. Defective products identified beyond 14 days are covered by a 1-year guarantee, during which we may choose to replace or repair the item. Inspect goods upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery slip. Failure to do so may invalidate a damage claim.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control. We will communicate with you promptly if such circumstances arise.
Size Tolerances
Measurements of soft goods may vary slightly by up to 3-4 cm. This is not considered a defect but part of standard production tolerances.
